There are some things you can’t buy. This includes f.e. experience.

Our company BVV Spezialtiefbautechnik together with its founder and managing director graduate engineer Klaus Hudelmaier have lot of these: namely 50 years. And we are proud of that. To show you the most important milestones, here are a few of them:

Projects BVV

Year Country City Project Description
2000 Austria Nüziders RED BULL depot Manufacture of the first vibrated cast-in-place full displacement pile in Europe developed by BVV and patent application for this method

2001 Germany Munich Shopping center Riem Arcaden Low-lying sheet pile wall with interlock sealing for a building pit with dimensions 330 x 180 meters instead of a slurry wall as tight trough. The first use of the patented foot grouting and the sheet pile feeder

2002 Germany Hamburg AIRBUS plant Delivery and rental of vibrating equipment for the production of 60.000 encased geotextile columns for waterproofing and subsequent expansion of the production area

2004 Germany Leipzig Federal Highway №38 Soil improvement using vibro-replacement columns with steel pipes 500 mm in diameter and 25 meters long by means of high-frequency vibrators with adjustable static torque. A total of 70.000 running meters was installed.

2004 Russia Moskow

Building pit with foundation piles using the double drilling rotary method

2004 Russia Sakhalin Quay wall in the port

Elaboration of a special proposal for a quay with vibrated sheet pile walls as double sheet piles at subzero temperatures down to -40 °C

2004 Germany Neu Ulm Neu Ulm 21 In the course of the Neu Ulm 21 project a test programm was developed to determine the method of insertion for the securing of the sheet pile wall building pit. Then it was monitored. On the basis of these tests the building pit securing in the sheet pile wall installation was executed in dock construction with transverse bulkheads. The sheet pile walls were installed using the low-pressure jetting method developed by BVV.

2005 Norway Eidsvoll tunnel Elaboration of a special proposal with sheet pile walls instead of a slurry wall
2005 Germany Leipzig City tunnel Elaboration of a special propose with sheet pile walls for a building pit as a tight trog. Execution with double sheet piles with a pile length of up to 33 meters using the self-developed low-pressure jetting method and the patented foot grouting

2006 Switzerland Domdidier ALDI Logistics

Installation of foundation piles as vibrated cast–in-place pile with geotextil casing and jetting aid. A total of 7500 piles with an individual length of 35 meters and a pile diameter of 355,6 mm were installed. Two machines were used, whereby the output per machine and shift amounted 12 piles. This corresponds to a length of 420 running meters.
